Meet The Owner

I’m Pasquelina Kunyanga. I’m a professional Teacher with a bachelor’s in Education science. I’m passionate about health and fitness. What inspired me to build this website?In the year 2010, I was involved in a very bad road accident that left my hand permanently disabled. In my journey to recovery from the injuries, I realised that I’m not the only person who is battling with health, fitness and recovery issues. Since then, I have thought about how to step in and help people with such issues. Finally, I concluded the best way is to provide information and resources that can help do the same. Now, I’m here to help you.
